DETERMINANT OF PERFORMANCE OF STEEL INDUSTRY SUPERVISORS IN INDONESIA

The purpose of this study was to develop the determination training factors, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) on Supervisor Performance in steel industry PT. Krakatau Steel Pindad. design is Ex-Post Facto which uses causal analysis that explains relationship between variables number samples 200 people selected through convinience sampling samples. data collection method questionnairesand processed using SPPS applications Lisrel process analyze Structural Equation Modeling data.
